Larry - that is a part of the plan, but I can tell you of our needs. Today we finally found some Belgian doctors who have been here 3 days and nicely asked me "Where are the Americans? We are a small country and we came right away. Americans talk big, but where are you?" So, Bonito knows half the plan of trying to get folks to the countryside and that is beginning to happen, but where are the emergency teams?
I am crushing pills to give children pain relief as we have no suspension. We begged for suture materials, for antibiotics. I have Ibuprohen 200 mg for people with amputated legs. Where are the helicopters going - transferring Embassy personnel? So give me a break - but it is hard to watch our e-mails of everyone wanting to help, so where are our Americans that want to help a country 2 hours away, when the Belgian MDs have been here for several days????? If personnel doesn't want to come, OK, but send us supplies. We have good Haitian MDs but we don't have supplies.
Our garbage is growing and we are out of plastic bags; bodies are still on the streets. Can you guess I am angry?

Dear Mary,Pat,Vivian,

Benito is signaling a pending shift --- that P-au-P/Delmas & Mt 25 should not be our focus for supplies because there is the need to move people out of the city and respond to their needs in adjacent areas, neighboring areas. Please comment on this. What do you project?
