Just imagine the sheer magnitude of tragedy the Ritters are encountering in Haiti right now. Try to imagine being there yourself - in the heat, running on sheer adrenaline with little sleep, and being immersed in patient trauma that never seems to end. If that were you, wouldn't you be physically and emotionally drained?
It is for that reason that the Ritters have requested not to be contacted for press interviews for several weeks. They need to spend some quality time with their friends and family to decompress and re-energize. Please understand this and respect their wishes.

I do not know what this means for the dental school in Haite but if there is anything else I can do from here please let me know. We look forward to seeing you soon...I hope!
